What to Expect on Saturday Evening

At LLG, we worship God on Saturday in a non-traditional format, but strive to keep faith with the eternal principles prescribed for Christian worship in the Bible. We hold a teenager-adult worship service which we call Logos Café. The atmosphere is casual yet worshipful. In these services, we strive to worship God together in passionate ways, primarily through music, singing, and studying the Word of God. At 5:00 pm we gather for a family worship celebration featuring lively music, dance, laughter, and drama—we call this LLG Kidz Club. Following the services we share food, fellowship and family fun with our Hot Summer Nights. We also share a church wide "love feast" meal the last Saturday of the month. In these ways we believe we are effectively fulfilling the model for the Christian church (as described in Acts 2:42-47) with worship that is relevant and inviting to our surrounding Goleta community.
